We do not provide refunds. You can only change for same product or products which cost the same or higher within 7 days of receiving the goods provided it is UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. If there are any price differences, you have to pay for the difference.
Sale items and purchases made with vouchers or discount coupons are non-returnable. Accessories including jewellery, scarves and hair accessories are non-returnable too. If the items does not fit, you can always text us via email or Whatsapp to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability.
